Improve Insight of Business Processes

As part of an initiative to utilize their existing ECM system to better manage loan audit processing, a national mortgage loan processing company selected IntegrityFirst Solutions to help them gain visibility and insight into the efficiency of their auditing processes. We implemented a series of dashboards that allowed the client to track the quality of loan audits by evaluating loan processing time against established standards and comparing the completeness of loan documentation to acceptable standards. This business insight enabled this mortgage company to implement new processes that reduced the percentage of missing or deficient documents which cut the overall time and costs to manage and process loans.
