A regional bank needed to upgrade their Content Manager 8 system to a supported version and move to a new platform. They had 11 million documents to migrate and wanted to implement IBM's Content Navigator as the client for their CM8 and CM OnDemand systems. Based on their satisfaction with the results of a previous ECM engagement, the bank re-engaged IntegrityFirst Solutions, who developed a comprehensive project plan and cost estimate based on a proprietary migration tool and their experience with other successful CM8 upgrade/migration projects. The end result - a successful migration to a supported version of CM8 on a new platform and the deployment of Content Navigator to 1,100 users – all within the original project estimate.
