An Adaptable and Secure ECM System

A large mutual insurance company undertook a project to modernize and secure their document imaging system on a tight timeline. Their existing capture process had become inefficient, relied on older technology and didn’t provide the level of required security. They selected IntegrityFirst Solutions to overhaul the capture of their policy, claims and billing documents. To meet new standards, field validations and database lookups needed to be managed and processed centrally to ensure consistent and secure processing. New Kofax scripts and webservices were developed using .Net and development best practices. This collaborative effort with the customer’s technical team produced an integrated, secure and adaptable system that can grow with the customer's changing business needs.
